At Home Nature, we support you through any size and scope of a project, from conception and design to construction and completion. Design Build is an integrated approach to project delivery which provides you with a single source of responsibility. We will work together to develop solutions that cater to your style, project size, budget, and timeline.
We’ll set up a consultation meeting with you to get a little more information, answer your questions and give you more details about us and how we work. From there we will send you a custom detailed proposal with a scope of work, timelines, and mutually agreed upon start dates.
Our team will then engineer a construction plan and conduct a full pricing study for your project. We will then deliver final design details, timelines with start dates with projected milestones, and budget along with a complete market comparable snapshot of your area reflecting the value of your new investment.
Once your start-date arrives, our team will be on-site regularly. You will have a dedicated project manager, who will be in touch daily with updates to answer questions, and to make sure that you’re pleased with the progress and direction of your project. We are a local, family-owned business that treats our team, clients, and vendors like our own.
